Sauska Wine Dinner (Pensacola)

Join us for a beverage experience exploring the wines of Sauska from Tokaj and Villany in Hungary. Phil Corrente, North America's Director of Sales for the winery, will be here to guide us through 5 wines with a 4 course dinner paired by Chef Rudy Rudolph. Sauska is a family with 2 wineries dedicated to the production of handcrafted, artisanal wines that reflect the terroir of their individual vineyards, with great enthusiasm on indigenous varietals, such as
Furmint in Tokaj and Kadarka in Villány. Winemaking legend, Paul Hobbs, worked with the family to establish proper growing and wine making practices. The wines are among the most sought after Hungarian wines, winning accolades from James Suckling, Decanter, and Vinexpo.
